This difference is attributed to the difference in dose sizes. The participants in the research trials were given a larger dose than is suggested on the product. That’s why I purchased the 3 month supply of African Mango and took a little more than the recommended dose. By doing this, I was able to lose the exact same amount of weight that some of these advertisements claim is possible (25-30 pounds in one month)! Regardless, if you’re not looking for drastic weight loss, you can just purchase a single months supply of African Mango and take the dose suggested on the label. After all, losing one to two pounds each week is actually a really desirable result and can help you remain healthier.
While the African Mango Diet website claims that you can see results with or without adding diet and exercise, this isn’t suggested. After all, just losing weight without learning how to stay healthy for a lifetime will force you to diet and struggle for the rest of your life. Changing your habits for the better may not burn body fat as quickly as other methods, but it will provide longer lasting results without the continuous dieting rollercoaster ride that so many people get stuck on. The great thing about using the African Mango pills along with following a new lifestyle, is that the product is all natural and doesn’t produce unwanted side effects like many prescription drugs do. In fact, side effects are extremely rare and your biggest risk is an allergic reaction, which is not very common.
Some people are a bit skeptical of using natural products like African Mango; however, there’s really no reason to think the product is any less effective than pharmaceuticals that are available over the counter or by prescription.
